Payments, Returns & Shipping

Payments:

We take a variety of payments listed on the site at checkout, including but not limited to PayPal, Shopify, Klarna, and coinbase ecommerce. We take other cryptocurrencies not currently listed on coinbase as well. They are:

-Binanace (BNB)

-Doge (XDG)

-Cardano (ADA)

-Litecoin (LTC)

-Ripple (XRP)

-Stellar (XLM)

(subject to change periodically)

Please send an email to mark@lostwavegoods.com and we can set up an invoice for these cryptos! If a third party processer starts taking these cryptos, we will add it to the shop.

RETURNS: 

*Color Disclosure: Due to the nature of leather, color variation from batch to batch will happen and it is expected. Sometimes leather will have natural marks as well. This is expected and will happen, it is part of what makes leather items so unique. Lighting could also distort the colors of leather and thread.  No returns will be issued because of this reason. We at Lost Wave Goods strive to be as honest with colors as possible and stand behind our commitment to the items.

Ready to Ship Items

If you're not completely satisfied* with unused, uncustomized merchandise, we will refund you within 7 business days of recieving the item. Due to the nature of crypto, we will have to refund you via paypal. 

Made to Orders 

Custom orders are all final sale. Since this is a custom item made to you, we cannot accept a return.  

Shipping:

We ship via USPS and UPS in the United States. For global orders we ship via USPS international. I do not have access to shipping info besides tracking. I am not the shipping company, so what you see in the tracking is what I see. 

Shipping Timeframe

Our shipping days are Wednesday & Saturday. If your order is placed for a Ready To Ship item Sunday-Wednesday, it will ship the following Saturday. If it placed Thursday-Saturday, it will ship the following Wednesday.
